Switch on the wall plug?
Like wall fan standing fan then the plug connected to the wall

so actually off it will cut bill?

only boomers do that :(
I switch them off when I go overseas though. Don't wanna risk any fires and stuff when I'm not at home. Only the essential ones will remain only like fridge, my fish tank pumps and stuff.

overseas different. boomers are those that will switch off the room light when going to living room

I read somewhere once it's called zombie plug. They advised that preferably you switch off the wall plug coz it's still supplyiing 'juice' albeit minimally. But depending on the number of outlet you have on and multiple that to the number of days you keep leaving it on......it adds up.

might as well plug it off, then keep it back in the original box, then to store room
next day take it out again

repeat process until fed up :s22:
