likely yes lah, this auto readyroam is just in case you used up the 1gb and you have no roaming to fall back on. i think the plan comes with auto readyroam at no cost but got to check with them. i didnt see the charges on my bill though. check out their FAQ here on the roaming details https://www.singtel.com/personal/mobile/plans/sim-only/faqs

After reading through their website, understand the auto subscribe ready roam is merely a service which will help to auto subscribe to a ready roam data plan when detected you are overseas to prevent high data roaming costs. So I guessed no issue to keep both.

Intel Singtel auto roaming package is very expensive 1GB only.

They position themselves as a high class/premium bouquet.

They constantly upgrade their equipment to younger, bolder, some say the base station is better looking than other "local" providers.

Of course they are facing intense competition due to the influx of "foreign" talent competitor they are able to operate in more "lean" manner.

Don't rent expensive place to provide their customer service, renting in the heartlands allows you for a wider range, in the end what all the customer experience the same when you insert the sim card into the phone.

Simplify billing process, to reduce time opportunity cost over bargaining over prices, offer simple menu aka "一条龙".

And of course the ability to procure non angmoh equipment, cheaper, better, faster.

Since you like to auto roam may i suggest you look at Simba, they offer the best package for roam-er like you.

A very good price with 6 GB roaming to Malaysia every month for 12 month.

My earlier SIM only plan was SGD5 more than this one. And Singtel send me recontract based on this SGD20plus.....I decided to try the link and got it and save additional SGD5 :p

Keep on getting the unable to verify identity error for the free trial 5g priority plan. Give up. Guess too many ppl signed up.

Must we use that line in the same phone as the primary? Like say, an iPad instead? Line management is still via the same app, right?

It should be in August too. I did not receive any email from Singtel despite I signed up using the form. But when I went to MSTA app, I saw the 5G Enhanced label against my main number.
