Yea, recovered a bit, but now it's the underlying effect of weak economy vs dropping interest rates. Revenue (rental) vs finance cost see which one drop faster
We may benefit from 10% tariff in the region (lowest) which also may spur more industrial space demand

Lets see

You must be kidding me. Singapore industrial space demand is not what the govt wants. Because the property tax is lowered and lots of concessions. RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL is more important.

This is smthing not the govt can control. Trump dictate the tariff rates.
Btw how u infer that our govt don’t want to grow our industrial sector?

If our govt really so desperate to collect tax then they should lower residential absd on foreigners to 30% (Limit them to CCR locale)
Collect some rather than near zero……who will pay 60% except wuhan/fujian gang? :s13:

Stanchart online trading $0 commission for SGX shares in August (capped at $60 rebate), will take this as an opportunity to do some REIT buying. Bought a little bit of FLCT today at $0.865.
Thanks for lobang
Why logistic though?

As mentioned earlier, I visited Aus and drove through several business parks. Lots of activity and building going on. Bullish on Australia, and their currency has more upside than downside at current level.

However, I was previously wrong on FLCT and could be wrong again! Pls DYODD :ROFLMAO:

But u say resi more impt and then they impose so many liang teh for what?
Ok, maybe I seem to get the impression because of the recent changes that move a lot of old industrial places towards new congregations of industrial activities, including intensification through plot ratio for industrial properties.... but JS-SEZ is clearly a stab in the back.
