Yeah, if you have screenshots (which is recommended for anything that is contractual) best to provide them and check.
CS usually will advise 24 - 48hrs before receiving, so best to ask if still do not receive.

Went to molest the 10 series a bit.. very similar to the 9 series.. OS and cams snappy.. don't like the sides very fingerprint magnet..

Saw at Jurong Point. Singtel store have big ads to counter samsung store 😂

So far looks the same to me. Not much diff from the P9PXL. Then today my P7P decided to have a green line on me 💀

Yup probably only the base 10 different coz 3 cameras now lol..

although I very much prefer to use eSIM but its good to have a physical card slot option.

Thinking of switching from iPhone 15 Pro.
One of the features I absolutely want is the “announce notifications”. I remember Android has this and it works with any earphones, unlike on an iPhone which only works with either the AirPods or Beats (which I have).
I checked on my wife’s Galaxy device but couldn’t seem to find the settings for this now.
Does anyone here use this feature and can advise whether it is still available in Android and if it supports ANY earphones? The last thing I want is to also get a pair of Pixel Buds.

Yup physical sim is a plus.. but we also don't get to enjoy those US-exclusive features sigh...

Seems like not supported natively, used to be handled by google assistant but now is Gemini dunno got support or not. There are suggestions that third party apps from play store might work though.

i feel the difference between 9 pro and 10 pro is not much. anyone can tell me whats the biggest diff

Anybody has experience canceling your singtel order? I just chat with the CS over WhatsApp and they mentioned that it takes 2 to 3 days. I was thinking to have it immediate so that I can use the fairprice lobang shared earlier. Can minus linkpoints!
