totally different product... the patches you need to measure and cut the amount you want to use by dosage...still very manual.... these pouches are if you need a fix... just pop it in your mouth.... each pouch is pretty much a cigarette....philip morris placed their bets on these pouches as the future of nicotine...
Not sure about real cases on cigarettes laced with drugs, but contraband cigarettes can easily have higher nicotine content and flavours to attract youngsters.
more concerned with lethal drugs iike etomidate. i think etomidate is liquid form so can't be laced on cigarettes

Secondhand smoke is a serious issue, people are affected by smoking neighbours, errant smokers are smoking everywhere, if not why they made Orchard Road a non smoking zone? Are you a smoker? Chewing tobacco can be loose product and cannot be easily regulated and taxed, while individual nicotine pouch can be marked like SDPC, regulated and taxed, just like cigarette stick.

I think it is possible to regulate nicotine pouches and mark the individual pouch like SDPC mark on cigarette sticks, the nicotine content and other additive can be regulated and tax can be collected.
