Physical SIM card - I signed up last Thursday, received SIM card on Monday and proceed to activate immediately. The line was only activated last night.

Likely the telco you are porting out delay or hit quota. But good to know all is activated now.

I've ported from eight into CL $3 plan. No drama.

It was a new line sign up. I think they backend by default block all SIM card activation for those $3.30 plans signup from Monday onwards after it was flagged as 'error' internally.

Those who did it before Monday went through seamlessly as it should be. SIM activation should be instant. I've nvr encounter before SIM card activation that didn't work instantly. Even temporary SIM card waiting for porting are immediately available and ready for use.

They were probably waiting for someone on top to approve the activation that's why it took 2 whole days. Might be wrong but that's my guess at least.

at 3.30, likely not unless i cant take the reception.
But my scenario is different as a i have eight line as a spare on my phone, so it covers my roaming data needs

If you port in from CL to vivifi for their mystery telco promo it's $15*3/12 which is $3.75 monthly for a year.. (pay 3months free 9 months) with 15gb roaming for apac + Australia. That's what I did, used the $3.30 plan and just successfully ported out to vivifi yesterday.

Within 1.5 weeks. Not advisable but I had a long conversation with their CSO and got the green light to do so. Ymmv

Get prepared for termination charge since the clause is to stay for at least 2 months before porting out.

CL CSO cannot be trusted de. Each say their own thing

Yeah I know. That's the exact reason and receipts I provided. Their CSO lied about their plan offerings lol. Use their lies against their lies. Also I changed my card details to a revolut temp card before the port out was fully implemented and before they removed my account access from the CL app.

In a matter of 1.5 weeks I spoke to 3 live chat CSO and 1 call 88086868, all 4 from PH customer support very obviously and all just kept waffling and waffling. CL really is I swear.

*Edit: anyway this is my personal experience and I wanted to instantly port out because of the lies I just can't stand being even a month on a CL plan. Again to anyone reading, not advisable and YMMV.

I ding dong with their cso for 2 over weeks over the sign up vouchers which was promised and failed to deliver. Very bad.

In your case, over promised, under delivered, who knows by the time you get your voucher, you can already port out... haha
