I suspect that you can port in from any MVNO on M1 and get the 9 months free as long as you select CL on the dropdown for the donor telco.
Cannot la, if not everyone will just choose CL and port from non CL.. haha. Even Maxx which is M1, draws line with M1 itself.

Anyone encountered the error "The number is not available. Please retry - XXXXXXXX" where the XXXXXXXX is a random phone number different from port-in number everytime when checking out with credit card details?

Very weird, the number is normal service number with Circles.life.

Just curious anyone with experience with both vivifi and zero1? Care to share which is better in terms of customer support?

Porting in from CL. Let’s say we sign up now (middle of September). - so the bills we will be charged before the free months kick in will be (Sep - prorated, Oct, Nov) and free from Dec onwards or only Jan onwards will be free?

Logically the prorated first month is part of the 1/3 months payment required, otherwise it won't be $15*3/12=$3.75/month le..

Can you elaborate what do you mean checking out with credit card details? I just ported out 2 CL numbers to Vivifi no issues. Just follow the steps provided by vivifi, submit number to vivifi, wait for status change to pending, wait a bit more then success.

I have a M1 contract expired on 23 Sep. Can I sign up now but don't activate, don't port in? Wait till 24 Sep then I activate the eSIM and then do the port in?

I have both. Both no issues for me when I dropped a ticket to them. Not the fastest but they do reply like within 2 working days.

Sign up need to be by 14 Sep (last day), activation anytime within 14 days from order submission date. So if 14 Sep order, last day to activate port in going by date is 28 Sep, give at least 2 days buffer and minus weekend. So it should around 23-24 Sep. Safer is like what gapboy said lor..
