Wah... The durability so jialat one ah?? Can u request to change 1-1 new unit?? Lol..
I previously enquired with Customer Service, they indicated that a 1-to-1 unit exchange would only occur if the phone is diagnosed as completely unusable.

they did asked, but i didnt take it as i got spare phone. someone mention was given a honor 400 as spare phone.
Yeah thats me. Before handing over the phone for repairs, they said it would take about 3 weeks to get it back. Well, it's been 3 weeks already, still waiting for the parts to arrived.

Yeah thats me. Before handing over the phone for repairs, they said it would take about 3 weeks to get it back. Well, it's been 3 weeks already, still waiting for the parts to arrived.
I am going to visit the service next week. Not so sure whether they allow me to raise a warranty claim order 1st without surrender the phone if no spare part available..

My warranty will end on the 13 sept.

Mint V3 fingerprint no longer work. But the rest still function as normal.

You may give a call or whatsapp to service centre Tel: 90020988 before heading down, prevent 2trips.

Is a long wait for replacement parts and repairs, as my device is still not able to collect from service centre even though i received whatsapp saying that my replacement has arrived..(handed over my device on 19 aug)

Nope, mostly is watch show or scroll social media will out of sudden pop out for few seconds. I search google image to look for reason but nobody post/talk about this issue though🤷i first time use Honor phone, dont like that treat me leh:confused:

Does anyone know where to get a full glue tempered glass screen protection with no black border and also woks with a front case?

My inner and outer screen selfie suddenly not working. Just shows a blurred screen and the camera apps just hangs. Tried restart and all but just not working. All other functions including the rear camera works fine.

Any ideas?

hopefully this 1st step helps, go to setting, app, camera, storage , clear data/clear cache. try camera see how it goes.

else 2nd step you can try to back up all of your data,reformat it.

if still no avail, have to go service center check with them.
