He just wants the post count. It's not about quality of reply, as well as to abruptly end the conversation. :rolleyes:

I think it's better for you to learn to invest, and start investing soon, than to do business.

Well, to be realistic, how many can be warren buffett?

You are not wrong in saying that any cat or dog can start a business. To do well, however, is another issue.

Co-living can be straight forward. For example, you lease a place for $3,000. Find another person to sublet at $5,000. Or find 8 person to sublet $1000 per room. This is an oversimplification but is doable.

Most other things you pick have too many variables and operational difficulties. Considering you know nuts about the trade..
