Maybe. Think local alot from MY doing business here. Especially think those renovation and aircon. If really want to catch there are many to catch.

Got saw before quite some of those old beat up MY cars and vans in local with all the tools and such to work on house, think its aircon business or something.

Got saw even a beat up MY car parked on the road side with print on its door advertising its business. Busy taking phone call, maybe got business come it.

They so good. Best of both worlds. Can freely do business here without having to pay tax or anything. And avoid high cost of business in local also. Profit gao gao. They is really steal local lunch at its best.
