I’m aware, but for now still not yet decided if I want to join any upcoming races. I believe it will come eventually with the right training so not going to dwell about it too much. Can try sub-3hour marathon at GCM, highly possible with flat course and good weather
for me its a love-hate thing... some runs are awful but some runs are really enjoyable, largely subject to how i feel when i run, which is related to my breathing and the weatheri run 3 times a week. and i still hate running.

Key points
First 2 are most important
1. Hard training
2. Enough Calories.
3. Just hit 1.2g/kg and you are very good, absolutely no need to go above that.
I think it is because yesterday's run is lower heart rate. I am trying zone 2 running for 6 months.former burned more calories despite of shorter distance and slower pace than the latter
Got chio bu or not?Any casual running group in Singapore? thinking of start running 1-2x weekly
That will be bonus hahaGot chio bu or not?
I noticed alot of chio bus run at Gardens by the bay and newer estates like Sembawang.Got chio bu or not?
yeah, bolded is good to take note of
I can easily hit it even if I only consume normal portion of animal protein once a day
Can substitute with tofu? For me i cant. 2 meals of cai png per day or sometimes $4.00 chicken rice at night, 2 meat portions = $3.60 - 3.90.....the meat portions small AF as usual and sometimes the bak kut is mainly bones (but yummy).
3 eggs in the morning.
Needs to be around 250g of pork/chicken per day if wanna hit it, which is around 80g per day. 3 eggs (ntuc pasar) = 15g of protein.

3 eggs in the morning. If i eat the $4.00 bak chor mee at my hawker then lagi worse, literally like just 10g of protein in it nia.

Problem : 4 portions of meat per cai png meal = over sodium (no added sauces, just the stuff that comes with the meat), even though i perspire a fair bit during my daily session (need around 1L of water per session at least, sometimes 1.5-1.6 2 bidons in order to totally rehydrate).
I tried before, my BP would go over 120/80 one in just over 2 weeks.
Can substitute with tofu?
ah, you mostly eat out...
I mostly eat at home, and usually drink about 2 cups of unsweetened soy milk a day, and snack on almond or cashew
breakfast would be fruit and bread with peanut butter
yeah, tofu is a good source of non-animal protein, I like tau kwa
