M1 and StarHub have a joint venture that operates a combined 5G network. Mobile tower locations and spectrum are shared. The respective carriers may manage subscriber priorities differently, and they still maintain separate 4G networks (which you mentioned). There can still be some differences, even on 5G.

SIMBA also operates a 5G network in Singapore.
I think Simba only have the 5G NSA whereas Singtel Starhub M1 using 5G SA.
After Simba merge with M1 in future I think Simba become better

Not totally accurate
Cos all of the traffic light seem to run both SA + NSA as well.

OTOH, got any good promo for topup bo.

After successful merger, M1 and SIMBA will share their 4G network but for 5G network, it will be independent for each other.

Hope the public opinions will stop the merger. If the authority needs public opinions, it means they are not sure whether it is good to approve the merger...
