There are two v nice italian restaurants in that area that @Meemoosaa recommendVisited Citrine Hub on Sunday evening. Other than the cat cafe and Jaya Grocer, I assess the other businesses there to be unsustainable.
I must say Sunway is one of the finer developers. Their projects in the vicinity of Big Box appear to be fully sold and operating, including the Emerald Residences, X Park and GRID. There is a lively community with a well-maintained park, international school and shops. There appears to be many Koreans, at least from the number of Korean-themed eateries.
I saw one of them, which did not have any patrons. Even the western restaurant (Bob's) was quiet. The most popular place on Sunday appeared to be a Korean-theme Meetmeat BBQ restaurant and a Spanish bistro. Hup Hong, an Ipoh themed place had a decent breakfast business on Monday morning though. There are two v nice italian restaurants in that area that @Meemoosaa recommend
As boomer I don’t trust technology.A 70-year-old man claimed S$1,000 went missing after he transferred it from his DBS bank account to his Revolut Technologies e-wallet.

i hope this is not you @Roastduck

For withdrawal?
Any fees? I know they said no fees for amount before RM400 but the ATM machine will charge anything?
If I use the physical credit card, also any additional fees compared to use T&G?
T&G charges 1% fee for topping up.

The bank transaction date is 4th July...if I'm not mistaken Revolut doesn't support PayNow then.
It was only recently, around 1st October that Revolut allowed top-up via PayNow.
Take Note: Revolut still hasn't allowed transfer back using PayNow.
he used DBS Bank's PayNow service...as I said Revolut only started using PayNow on 1st Oct.
So how he used DBS Bank's PayNow?
This is what I suspect...
He used Revolut's UEN number which is not associated with his Revolut's account.
So he was actually sending his money to Revolut, the Company, & not to his Revolut's Account.
Resolved
Mothership understands that the man had transferred the money to Revolut without including their unique virtual account number.
This step is essential to ensuring a smooth crediting of funds without delay. This meant the funds were not automatically credited. Mothership understands that the uncredited funds have been located, and Revolut has expedited the process to return them to the user.
Revolut sets an account number for each of its member - I think this is what's referred to as the "Unique Virtual Account Number".
Members were to use that number if want to top-up/reload their account.
Uncle should have created a Payee in his POSB with this number so transferring money is more secure, easier. But Uncle used (I suspect) Revolut's UEN number which sent money to Revolut the company
Anyway better & easier with PayNow.
Withdrawal at atm choose saving account, no charge.Anyone tried use Youtrip in JB

I recall that It hosted at least 10 expatriates on Sunday sharing beer and finger food, along with a few of their bronzed female companions. It may be worthwhile to try their tapas.Have been eyeing that new Spanish place for a while ! Reviews seems to be good !
