Long queue at Skycasino 2nd level membership counter to redo membership cards (expired or faulty), abandoned queue then get red 3-day card, next day I brought my family to old Genting casino, where there is no queue even around 10am, done 2 cards under 30mins.

My card is gold but I downgraded to silver because never go Genting for 2 years. So must change to silver card before can play ?

I suppose hotel checkin not affected since I checkin with passport and not card. Will be checking in at First World Hotel counter because taking night coach

Walking from Genting Grand to SkyAvenue no joke, even my young adult kids legs aching after 3 days walking to/fro.

Next trip I booking Highland Hotel, I heard the lobby got free shuttle to FWH//SkyAvenue?
Any frequent shuttle users? how to take? need to queue? or free-for-all rub-shoulder dashing for seats?
Need to give tips even though its free? I witness few passengers give.

Yes, unlike GG where it is only between 10am to 10pm, GH offers 24hrs free shuttle. Just walk out of the lobby, and a white van or mini-bus will bring you to 1st World Hotel. Free seating. Just mount and be seated. They can set off even when the vehicle is not full. As for tipping, it's your call. Cheers.

Not sure about the need to change yr reward card. Just try it on any slot machine and find out k. Good Luck!

If you ever need to change or update your reward card, just proceed to those self service i-kiosk and get it done. Don't waste time queue up to get it replaced.

How about consider cruise if have elderly ?

I have been bringing my elderly parents (they are 80+ yo) to Aegean Paradise about once or twice per month. They love the cruise. They like to gamble and felt the entry levy to local casinos too costly. Though many elderly people can go to the cruise on their own, my parents will go there only if I bring them along. But those in wheel chair are not allowed to go to the cruise. My father almost died in Genting casino during the last time I brought them to Genting. Since then I never will bring my parents to Genting ever again.

You stay genting grand also can take the shuttle bus at highland hotel. 5-10min interval, queue up outside highland hotel. I stay at genting grand also walk to highland hotel to take the shuttle bus. It's free. Just need queue to take the shuttle bus. As for tips, up for individual la. It's available just right outside fwh the Starbuck there, you will see 2 queue, it's on the right side one to go highland hotel, then can just walk abit to go genting grand, as they side by side only. The left side van is go resort hotel which is 1 hour interval. So don't queue wrong side.

Gold no good ?

Gold only good for getting free room at highland and genting grand. But if want to really utilise the point of all level casino, silver card better. Example getting points at level 1-3 at sky Ave casino can easily redeem the food voucher and etc. But gold only can redeem points at vip area which is gold member floor then can redeem voucher etc, those points at level 1 and 2 not counted in.

yeah once upgraded to gold, all the earn and redeem rate like become double and harder to hit.
Only good thing is parking free only.

By the way, can check with you on the travel subsidy ? Every month i only get the nn credits, is it the same thing which you can only get one of it ?
