Those who applied Yishun during Nov2022 sales got pwned by Desmond Lee. Their projects TOP'ing in 2029.

Now Chee Hong Tat is launching Yishun BTO which TOP sooner in 2008.

Even worse are those 2 room singles, now can buy anywhere :cool:

This Yishun Glade machiam singles village. 400+ 2 room units out of 569 total units

If clawback is 14% for Keppel and assume current 4 room at Telok Blangah across the road is 1.1m.... then hdb gonna take back 154k and your nett is 946k.
Highest bto price is 788k so isn't the subsidy only 158k at most?

This is assuming the flat is already built and ready now.

Feb 2026 BTO have 2 sembawang area, 2nd timer very likely will get a unit base on the Jul BTO low subscription...

Both also far from MRT...

why bedok oversubscribed? location is bad, isit because standard and bbfa buying to rent out? lol
east sider's only option

past 1-2 year BTO very little 2rm bto for singles in east side, all were oversubscribed by a lot, this will be same.

only less than 40 flats available for first time singles

might as well apply Yishun or Bukit Merah there is super high chance to get if you really want own place

99% of east sider will never consider north side or jurong area...

prime classification for resale got income ceiling cap $14k.

but the gahmen have already hinted will increase this ceiling.

so maybe increase to $16-18k ?
but still not enough to afford 2 million prime resale HDB.
