If clawback is 14% for Keppel and assume current 4 room at Telok Blangah across the road is 1.1m.... then hdb gonna take back 154k and your nett is 946k.
Highest bto price is 788k so isn't the subsidy only 158k at most?
This is assuming the flat is already built and ready now.
