ya my apple face ID the setup was immediate, 1 try nia. singpass i probably did it 10 times, failed, so pek chek i did it again another day.

Recently they decided to refresh the SingPass authentication and have everyone face scan again

Couldn‘t recognise my face, now I’m locked out

the recognition very wonky

if one is doing it at night in room with not so bright or evenly distributed lights, can try holding a white light torch arm's length over one's head and try; get the angle correct and make sure the face is well lit but not overexposed ... app is really jialat ..
