in singtel marketing terms, you guys paid for 5G+. not NSA or SA.
same same but different
https://zero.zero1.sg/announcement/zero1-5g-plus/

Frequently asked questions

1. What exactly is 5G Standalone (SA), and why is it different from Non-Standalone (NSA)?

The new 5G+ network runs on standalone (SA) architecture – a next-generation 5G system that no longer relies on existing 4G infrastructure. Unlike the previous non-standalone (NSA) version of 5G, which used 4G for calls and other functions, 5G SA offers fully independent 5G connectivity for faster performance.

Singtel has been advertising 5G+ on Gomo since early this year, but up till now they still haven't got 5G SA.
Is that their way of saying you will get it someday ? LOL

No SIM delivered today .. tomorrow perhaps? LOL
If my recent experience is any reference, likely Friday.

You applied late on Thursday, so that is effectively Friday.
2 working days to approve so is today receive mail out.

Line port over to zero1 but cannot get 5G after restarting phone 2 times on S25
Check your 5G VAS in Z1 app under service management. If it is there and shows an activated date. By right, your plan will have 5G. My experience so far has always been almost immediately connected to 5G. Be it esim or psim. Checked your 5G setting on phone?

"Dear Zero1 user, you have successfully activated the International Incoming Calls Blocking. To deactivate this service, log in to your Zero1 account and go to “VAS” under “My Services Management”. For more info, visit https://support.zero1.sg/kb/root.aspx"

All good to go for me. Quick qn - how to know the Billing cycle date?
5G already? good !

https://zero1.sg/terms-conditions
The monthly subscription fee is charged and payable in advance at the beginning of the billing period. The billing period is 30 calendar days from the time the SIM card is delivered to the Customer.

Zero1's billing cycle for standard plans is monthly and follows a 30-day cycle starting from the date your SIM card is delivered. Your first bill will include pro-rated charges for the current month plus an advance payment for the next month. Subsequent bills will be for the upcoming month's subscription and usage charges.

Not sure if it works for the last paragraph. Signed up for the $15 plan and was charged $15 upfront

i was looking for it too. Their app is quite bad.

Need to login web portal, My Account > My Bills. Then you will see Billing Cycle
My didn't show anything but 'no payment required' under the web portal lol.

Updated: CS mention that it will be 1st of the month and they will charge on the 8th
