Got to agree with the email response speed for Z1, even though the answers are not always accurate or useful.

u can try closing the browser, and reload the page, log-in.
It worked for me.

Affected 2 different web browser on 2 different computers.
Fixed by clear cookies and re-login.

Each speed test requires over 0.5GB.
So just 10-11 speedtest would be enough.

Its okay, after 5 days of speed test. It will normalise and you will not do speed test anymore.

Current Singtel MVNOs like Zym/Zero/Vivifi offers six months free for port-in (7th to 12th months), or three months free for new sign-up (4th to 6th).

How long do you think this kind offer will continue?

I tend to think it will not last long.

It is unlikely that the free 6 months plan will continue beyond October, and almost certainly not beyond 2025.
