Sorry, feel a bit blur here. Which location to chose is nearer to resort hotel? Or all location is same and alight at the bus interchange beside fwh?
What do you do after you arrived at 3am? Can you check in at 3am?
All coach from yishun alight at genting bus interchange near fwh. Then either you take grab to resort hotel from fwh lobby, or take free shuttle van. If you go in morning, there's free shuttle van to resort hotel, but is 1hr 1 van, it's not 24hrs. Alternatively you can take free shuttle van towards highland hotel, it's 24hrs and 5 - 10 mins will have van pick up, then after drop off at highland then walk over to resort hotel. Both van is just outside fwh Starbucks. Left queue is resort hotel, right queue is towards highland hotel.
The last time I reached 3am, put bag at hotel baggage counter, then go casino already. Regret doing that, as need wait til morning then can check in. But you can book one day early room, then call to inform you will late check in at 3am so they will take noted and won't charged you for no show. Definitely must call few days in advance let them know.

It is "not why those people in front of him needed so much time", it is why must the receptionists work so efficiently when working faster means doing more! Unless the receptionists are incentivize based on the number of guests they served (be it money or time off), they will likely take their own sweet time, as their working hours is fixed. Youtrip also got the 1% charge to transfer to tng, which is more economical than withdrawal charge from atm of 2% for Youtrip if exceed the monthly free withdrawal amount of $400.
1% is normal to me. If I use debit card or credit card to transfer TnG, the charge not only 1%, still got plus bank charge somemore, which is extremely not worth it.
There's no other surcharge to transfer from Youtrip to tng from what I observed though.

Ya. Nearer to old casino. The casino nearer to resort hotel will be at casino located at highland hotel. For what I realised, if long time never go genting to play slot game, usually is win, but if you stay too long, then will eat back all the winning already. My mum first time went, put in 300 rm, then cash out 600 rm. She keep on changing machine til total won 3k rm then stop gaming. Only for the first day. 2nd day onwards, she place 500rm, then loss the 500rm she stop already. Same goes to my first time after long time never go also won 2k rm when putting in 300rm. Maybe beginners lucks.
