With more and more western content creators getting their hands on the shoe and making review videos for it thus introducing the shoes to a wider global audience, can expect demand to be far greater than supply soon. Just check Dynafish taobao shop link and now i am getting an error saying cant be shipped to my region(aka shipping address). Not sure if its isolated issue on my account or Taobao/Seller set this limitation to curb sales to countries outside of China.

Standard, as posted before......just change your address to a china one (create another addr).
Then add to cart.

Then when check out (direct ship), change back to SG addr as what you'd have normally use.

RMB 35 direct ship.

if the official store detects this and alww you that they cannot send out, then refund ba, no loss.

Just use direct ship can liao.
The full white one is quite decent.......

The red ones are my SG addr. The middle one is my 3rd party forwarder (MRC, which i really usually dont use)

rest well and may you recover soon.
put aside hands exercises and give more attention to your lower body ones.

Now 1hr after feels pretty ok....still got a "slight feeling" but no real pain. Luckily is not right hand (mouse hand).
The tendons / ligaments prob "grows" really slowly.......esp for 50+ age.
But i think and believe need to push until this stage for further progress and to avoid stagnation....maybe a bit close to the limits but still.

I am seeing good progress with the overhead log push and dips also. Train really really hard, later a wee wee bit sore feeling but none of those serious DOMs (even tho you are pretty much conditioned already) and then 72 hrs recovery.

I cant imagine what's for those age 70-80, need to be even slower progress.

Actually what happened to the Dynafish Danian (ver 1)? That time like that one went head to head with the Dowin PB Pro.

Basket, the PB Pro still at 670rmb now.
If mid 500s then is a solid no-nonsense shoe liao for those who can run fast and still cheap enough to get multiple pairs if it suits you.

Came across this. Pls take note for the xiaonian, esp if you have Plaid 1.0 TPEE experience.

I picked a pair up from Taobao a week back, they got 2 new colors as well (all black and white/maroon). After 15km I found this TPEE to be surprisingly firm and not great at absorbing impact for me (80kgbw, midfoot striker 5-6min paces). I was kinda expecting something similar to the qiaodan plaid TPEE. Apparently they added some pillar like reinforcement in certain parts ( look at the heel under the insole), but even the Chinese info doesn't really explain it in detail.

Wonder if sub 100g shoes possible or not....even if the midsole do only like 30mm rear (maciam like NB Rebel 3). Hope china can do it.
not sure what is the tipping point of balancing performance, material feasibility, wearing comfort, durability.
no point going for weight reduction without thorough consideration of other relevant factors.

The upper probably already maxed out for things like Danian/PB Pro, so will be next gen foam.

Notch bad.
I think is 4.82k (3 mile). Not sure what is the elevation gain

Congratulations Summer Wilson with your second consecutive OCC Championship. A course record 15:47.3 and the first girl sub 16.

yes mushy and soft, slow in response in the midsole. My seasoned Qiaodan 强风3TR feels better.
ohmy, i think i have started a NB5 bashing trend in here. 🤣
just had another run on my NB5 today, colder weather temp at 14degC. NB5 midsole seems to be firmer and slightly more responsive and less mushy today. Colder weather midsole compound turns firmer?
