I ask BOC about the card restriction, the feedback is the card is fine. may be the Grab side restrict the card. anyway I can use Credit crad to top up, so no problem.

Just tried, still cannot top up with Debit Card.

Pretty sure it’s Grab that’s blocking the top up transaction. I think Grab knows already.

I tried to top up other place, ok no problem.

Limit not hit. summary of the Card Status.
Can pay online and AXS ( Pay Credit crad Bill) withou problem.
cannot top up Grabpay and YouTrip. but can top up my Crypto account.
Checked with BOC, and the feedback: the Card is alright.

try top up a smaller amount in GRab: say $600 to see it works

I encountered this with BOC (eventually the system up me to only max $1800 daily and so i had to do twice to hit $2500). Other banks no issue.

I think this might be the reason, I tried 1500 and 600 for testing, and went through without issue.

Just tried, use BOC Debit card, top up Grabpay $20 also cannot. Use BOC Credit card, top up $100 with no problem.

The limit is based on how much you paid using CPF OA on your current Property in hand. So these amount can be replaced by Cash.
