Asked me to check my Dec bill i.e. my third bill and did not answer me directly if I'm entitled to the 9 months of subscription fee wavier.

Singapore's Best Customer Service 2025/2026.

@Tehpengsiudai suggest you raise a ticket with them since you've paid your third month.

Have a Share plan that got 300GB, but it was a 12 month contract that is now over and back to 180GB. Was going to ask them if I could “re-contract” but then got an email from them that they’ve now upgraded my Share plan to 500GB and they’re also throwing in a 1 time 30GB APAC Roam Pack.

I thought it was a new Share plan promo, but their website mentions nothing about a Share 500GB plan. I guess this is their way of rewarding customers who stay with them?

yup, probably a below the line BTL offer for exisiting customers. Just like those old MyRepublic Mobile UNO 8 plan and M1 Mobile Broadband unlimited. I could have retained that unlimited mobile broadband, it still exist, but not in public view

Mine finally replied and said I'm eligible.

Zero1, Zym and CMLink: promotion ends on 30 Nov 2025.

Maybe VIVIFI is the same.

Likely extend until end 2025 once NSA ends.

How's the state of things here at Maxx? Network getting better or getting worse? I've disabled my eSIM for now, thinking if I should transfer to my OnePlus 15 instead to try.

Maxx is the same spotty at places. But @Jurong640 says he has faster speed cause we all stop using Maxx

ported out 2 lines in 26 oct and have paid 1 month bill on the 25 oct. despite that, vivifi continue to bill me on the 25 nov today. no way to remove cc as account login is gone. had email them like 1000000 times between port out and now but there was no response from those joker.

any idea what can i do now?
