The whole point of us asking you to test on another network is to confirm that your iphone works for SG sims for vowifi. None of your test proves that.

This is useful since you are not able to conclusively determine if there is an issue with your network.
Sorry, you might want to read again what I shared?
I mentioned NETWORK 1 & NETWORK 2, or perhaps apologies let me write it better.
WIFI NETWORK 1 & WIFI NETWORK 2 tested for VoWIFI and got the same results. And of course, basic troubleshooting have been done i.e. reboot etc. apart from resetting of device/network info.

Have also previously shared that VoWIFI was working previously.

Let's rephrase what I meant :

Has Wifi Network 1 & 2 successfully worked with an iPhone for VoWifi on SG sims recently ?
If not, you are back to square one : unable to confirmed if it is an issue with network or iPhone.
If yes, you have confirmed that the network can do it, but still haven't confirm if it is a network or phone issue, although the chance of a network issue is now much lower.

If you say the issue is with the network, you have demonstrated that it works for Android phones.
If you say the issue is with the iPhone, you have demonstrated that it works for MY sims.
If you say it is the sims or telco profile, you got multiple sims from different provider all not working with your iphone, the chance of that is pretty low.

Fastest way out of this is to test against couple of known working networks.
If it works on those, you know the phone is ok, the issue is on the network.
If none of them works, you haven't completely eliminate the networks, but the chance is now pretty low and it is likely the phone.

Network 1 had VoWIFI working before BUT not now.
Network 2 never really noticed it working before as this is a new addition.
Moreover, both networks have tested with stock settings, to eliminate any possible factors and to keep the test constant.

Yes, weirdly my MY SIM have VoWIFI working.. so now we keep it simple and utilise network 1 and 13PM which previously had VoWIFI working, but yet it still doesn't work now. Which is to say that it is agreed that both network and IOS/device shouldn't be the problem then, yes?

Therefore, the next possibilities is telco/iCloud? Reason why I state iCloud is that iCloud is known to cause issues with backing up/syncing etc. which I personally experience.

Anyways, appreciate the brain-wrecking troubleshooting. I shall look into this further to zoom down what might possibly be the cause.

Previously for my Poco X7 Pro with dual SIM, main Singtel SIM will always work with VoWiFi but the secondary M1 Maxx SIM often gets dropped from VoWiFi.

Yesterday both SIM Cards seemed to work with VoWiFi when I was at home.

But then somehow I do not see VoWiFi option with my Eight S$8 SIM (4G plan) on the Poco X6 Pro. Google says the phone should support VoWiFi. Strange.

Can work, but just not consistently.

SG local set ? A number of brands seems to lack profile when it comes to non local set.

Yes, local set of Poco X6 Pro (12GB/512GB version), from Shopee Poco Official Store Global, on 10-10-2024. I also got Poco C75 and my first Poco X7 Pro from them.

The Poco X7 Pro I am using now is from the Global Store. No issues with VoWiFi.

Now they have changed to use local store -- Shopee Poco Official Store. Then I got Poco C85 and recently my second Poco X7 Pro (11.11 offer, box not opened yet) from the Shopee Poco Official Store.

Looks like an Eight limitation that it does not support Poco X6 Pro for VoWiFi. No VoWiFi option for Eight.

I put a SingTel Prepaid card in the second SIM slot and then VoWiFi option will be present for the SingTel Prepaid card. VoWiFi does not work though as Singtel does not seem to support VoWiFi with SingTel prepaid card.

You are right. Now the second SIM is not working with VoWiFi.

Could be Poco X6 Pro does not have the profile for starhub.

The difference :
If the phone does not have profile for starhub, it won't even sent out the VoWifi connection request.
If eight does not support this phone, the phone will sent out the request, but will be rejected.
This can be checked by inspecting the traffic on the router/firewall if it has such capability, or on the phone if there is suitable software.

Confirmed, change to a lower end but newer Poco C85 and then Eight 4G can support VoWiFi.

I also checked my new StarHub Prepaid S 5G SIM on my old Poco X4 GT phone, and it does not support VoWiFi either.

So looks like StarHub/Eight do not support older Poco phones for VoWiFi. Take note Poco X6 Pro is not a very old phone, released in Jan 2024.

How about iPhone 15 plus with starhub plan? Can it support? Thanks

SIMBA does not even support VoWiFi for Poco X7 Pro which is released this year in Jan 2025.

I just signed up SIMBA from a physical shop in Boon Lay Bus Interchange (inside Jurong Point) and found out that VoWiFi is not suppoted. No issues with VoLTE support.

In both case you mentioned that the telco is not supporting the phone, how do you know it is not the other way round ?

Because M1 Maxx and Singel SIM Only both work with VoWiFI on the same Poco X7 Pro phone. SIMBA does not work. I have not tried Starhub Prepaid S but I believe it will work, as Poco C85 works with VoWiFi using Starhub Prepaid S plan.

Same for Poco X6 Pro that M1 Maxx works nicely with VoWiFi on the Poco X6 Pro, but Eight 4G and Starhub Prepaid S 5G do not work.

Or you mean the Poco phone software has not been updated by Xiaomi to support the Telco with regard to VoWiFi?

I do not think so at least for Starhub/Eight. Even SIMBA has been here for quite some time.

I have seen VoLTE works on Singtel postpaid but not prepaid on the same phone.
So this would not come as a surprise.

This is actually quite a well known issue.
The support is required from the phone, for the telco side there isn't much for them to support, what they need to do is to provide information for the phone manufacturer to include in the phone software.
The only other thing is a whitelist/blacklist, but I don't think SG telco does any of that.
