Most of the time my TWD will somehow use finish...

The rate so bad for this trip, think will spend lesser on stuff... Use the cash for food... Haha

FYI:

Youtrip 23/10 Credit Card Rate 23.60
Youtrip 21/10 ATM Withdrawal 23.54

Trust 23/10 Linepay 23.64
Trust 20/10 Credit Card Rate 23.64

Trust is much better for those using CC and Line Pay.

yes! damn convenient - almost close to cashless liao cuz almost everyone takes Line Pay. Some more can tie to Trust or Yourtrip cards (no need TW credit card).

I just did my first QR payment today... parking payment...damn easy.

Need to be in Taiwan to setup right? But then hor, you setup using tourist or cause you have official documentation.
The last time when I was trying, couldn't do it Forgot what was the issue liao....

not sure...maybe?

thanks to Dual Apps in XM, I picked up a local SIM 2 trips ago (I love SIMBA for roaming but i really needed a local TW # for some admin stuff); so i decided to create another LINE account using the TW sim..and WALLA! all the LINE features becomes available! So I think maybe tied to local SIM?

Very convenient; cuz alot of local biz u can add line via phone number; our SG account Line cannot do that.

Yes, SG's Line app is basically dead.
I believe it's similar to the one for Thailand, if created under local number, the features etc. are all unlocked and with official supporting documents, it's definitely easy.

Trust 24.335 before 1% cashback and a chance to win extra cashback for FX spendings above $100, so use trust more worth it.
