When I use PS App and go to subscription management it just show one option, Reactivate Subscription (previously cancelled it), that's it.

u can try go to the subscription tab under the store tab, click the black friday banner and go all the way down to see the subscription options and see if you have the buy another subscription option. u might just have the offer to purchase the sub at a discount. i found mine there

Tried that, bottom of page is just a bunch of standard B&W icons for Games, All Deals, PS VR2, PS Plus etc.

If click on PS Plus icon, it will bring me to a page where still shows full price sub. Guess my plan is not eligible.

maybe so if you don't see the compare plans option. guess u just have to wait for the days of play in June. there will be another round of sub discount

Yah, still regret didn't stack for 10 years when it was around $35+ back then.

I only remain sub for the free PS+ games (>100) that I've yet to play/complete as I don't play multiplayer or online only games.

Edit: I look closer at the details of the status......unlikely Bloodborne at this time. Some even say Tomb Raider cos of crocodiles, bears, and a monster that resembles an enemy in TR.

Have you all seen the statue at Mojave Desert shared by TGA (The Game Awards)?

Many speculations about what game it is that they are going to announce at TGA. They ruled out God of War, Diablo and Elder Scrolls. I personally feel its either a game (maybe remake?) that people love but has been dormant for a while or a brand new IP or a new game (new entry/reboot) in a beloved franchise which isn't the talk of these few years because why would it require such a hype or marketing? What do you all think it is?

I'm hoping it's Bloodborne 2 (this year, 2025, is Bloodborne's 10th anniversary and fans have been doing Return to Yharnam events to keep it alive, that speaks of the desire) or Dark Souls related game, or just a FromSoftware game. With that red glow showing that symbol....I can't help but think of Elden Ring's Golden Order.

games on psn store is the actual full price. also no competition.

retailers are free to set their price except those designated as sony authorised retailers. these retailers got certain price range to follow.

Patiently waiting for Nioh 3......a new demo is coming on 29 Jan, then 6 Feb to be released. Demo save data can be carried over to full game.

I had just realised I didn't play Nioh 2's 3 DLCs at all. Hopefully there's some discount soon (the last was 50% off in recent months).

Sad, my controller is experiencing very bad stick drift now. But I've used it for 3 years, good while it lasted. Should I get a new set or try to DIY and replace it with hall effect joystick? Anyone DIY before, was it manageable? I don't have soldering experience but I could try borrowing from family.

Oh thanks, I saw that prices ranges around $15-20 for each side. Maybe I should just learn to DIY it as I expect my other controller to probably be having the same issue too

Without prior soldering experience, might be a little bit hard for you but not impossible. Maybe watch a few youtube tutorials first.

Alternatively, you can try to clean and replace the white disc of the potentiometer. Seem to fixed the drift for a lot people from the videos I watched.

My OG controller also suffer from drifting, in need of servicing. Too lazy to do the all the de-soldering/soldering works.
