There are kiosks (in row of 3), both inside and outside the SkyCasino, which you can get your card replacement and/or update your personal particulars, without queueing at the guest service counter.
If I remember correctly, one of them is primarily for Malaysians only; one is meant for Classic and Silvia members; and one is exclusively for Gold Members.
* I am not sure whether Platinum members can access via these kiosks or have to proceed to the guest service counters personally (via the priority lane, I reckon).
One example of such kiosks, outside the SkyCasino, is at Skyavenue Complex, level 2. Taking reference from the eatery, Sakura, take the escalator up, turn right, and you should see a stretch of red colour-ed kiosks (directly opposite the automation storage area). Just bring along your passport and follow the instructions accordingly.
For kiosks, which are inside the SkyCasino, they are located on the left side of the Casino at level one. You should be able to see them once you entered via the gantry. I think there are some at level 2, on the left too. If my memory served me well, I think the two Gold Members' personal particulars updating and card replacement kiosks before the escalators to the Gold/Crockfords Platinum Club had already been shifted somewhere else.
