Looks young also.
Hope no perm injuries or cognitive side effects since > 10 mins total and this was a total collapse/unconsciousness. Happened to my younger uncle. But not to my older uncle. Many variables. EVen 2 years later, rehab not super successful but got slow improvements.
Dont know why, 2 uncles and my own mother all also got cardiac issues, but my mum a bit different got of autoimmunue hyperthyriodism so cardiac is more of a side event. But my grandma/grandpa no issue...wierd.

That's why i am quite anal about such screening things also. (prostate, colonscopy, cardiac for those over 45, other than the usual bloodwork)

Bonus info for all : if you care about your spouse or mother, get them checked for breast, uterus, ovarian....even if they already 1, 2 or even 3 decades post-menopausal. (of coz if 80s or 90s then god-willing liao). Maybe some genetic screening like BRAC1 defect (thomson medical ctr got) if got family history of cancers.
Dont ask me how i know.

Usually guy is more ego and don't want to lose out especially surrounded by many female runners . Push over the limit. Last time I always wanted to overtake those female runners in the stadium . Then realized they only ran 5km . No wonder they went running fast . I was running my 21km as usual . Now I can run at my own pace without distracted by them.

However. I had seen Some female Safra runners also did long run at the stadium. Really fast . . Definitely less than 5mins/km pace.
Why overtake? Run behind them more fun 😜

Rated R Edge is clever and knows the motivation. U all pure runners missing out all the fun.

Did it just now at WCH ......but of coz cannot and not proper to draft closely. It is very uncommon for a solo female rider, esp at areas like WCH/LCK.

watched the youtube video, am surprised i didn't see distance markers along the route.
And some areas are just too narrow.
but in such conditions and seeing the elite runners' finishing times, respect to all recreational runners to complete within 4.5hrs, cos will probably get much better times in cooler places.

Completed my first ever marathon in 3.32.50. Will wait for official time but should be around there.

One toilet break at 7km. Around 1 min+ gone, bottleneck at 12-14km. Actually I did make up enough time to finish under 3.30 but from 37km onwards,I decided to listen to my body and just finish safely. My Coros HM and earbuds suddenly turn off at 10km.

Was anyhow refuelling also so that’s another thing to take note of for future races. Kop 6 packs of Amino Sarus Gels. Around 30 dollars saved haha.

amazing you can keep your heartrate below 150 throughout
pretty sure you will break the 3hr barrier in cooler places with better organised routes.

Impressive and this is after the HM yesterday. Think I saw a F penner at the opposite direction that is well ahead of the 4hr pacers, probably closer to 3:45pacers. Must be you.

No la my Coros HRM disconnected from my watch. No readings after 10km onwards. Definitely not below 150. I guess between 150-160 based on how I was feeling. 37km onwards maybe spike to high 160-170. That period I don’t feel too good, breathing was out of place so I just walk run.

Thanks. Yeah I cleared the 4 hours pacers but I never meet the 3.45 pacers.

Did you all take the sarus gels? Actually I wanted to take more, they handing out like free but too bulky for my shorts already. If take 20 of them,it’s like 90 dollars saved hahaha

I brought 3 packet of gels home. Actually my plan was to use the Saurus 1 and 2 gel at 39 km for the final boost. But I think I ate too much gel, until very jelak. Any more might make me vomit. So I brought them all home.
Check @GlassDoor how many packs he brought home.
