probably the ones above Anchorvale Village can sell for around 450k too. since just right above only, part of the New Generation Neighbourhood Centre. i dont see any other NGNC having this kind of layout

For people want to use $400 climate change voucher, can buy online via gaincity.

They will scan the voucher during delivery.

I want to use both the climate voucher and the supermarket voucher together.

Looks like can only buy at supermarkets.

Yah but my supermarket voucher expires 31 Dec 2025 (ie end of this month) due to newly claimed from by new BTO flat.

So I thought might as well spend the climate vouchers together with the supermarket vouchers to buy my electrical appliances.

actually i prefer bus over lrt..... lrt feel warm, smelly and crowded during peak hours.

But of course if location ulu....lrt is better than bus.

Bus is only as reliable as their schedule. If bus interval ****** up, I'd rather take the LRT. sometimes waiting for a 2nd LRT is still faster than waiting for a bus especially during off peak.

The drain, aircon/water/gas piping, socket, switches location are not shown on floor plan.

the only hard issue i will face is the kitchen layout.......
-how to dry my clothes
-how to exhaust the fumes when i cook
-installing top cabinet for my kitchen appliances or just dump inside store room.

Anyone know what is the cost to change normal lighting to led lights plus change the lighting cover ...mine was glass one but I feel too heavy quite dangerous feel like change it to a plastic one or other lighter options

a couple of hundred i think , i use spot led lights

Actually for mine there are some wall structure i dont like. But it is what it is.
