Checked junk mailbox got nothing.. that’s really worrying.. I was expecting any email after sign up . No eSIM QR too. I sent an email but say need 5-7 working days for a reply. Wondering if any of the physical counter for sim pick up can help?

Yup, I'd visit one of the service centres with my ID to get them to check, and generate another eSIM. Bring your device along as they'll let you scan from their laptop.

I checked again. Eight is not subsidiary of StarHub but just a MVNO which is a separate company that leases StarHub network.

Ok my own mistake. Somehow the email cannot be viewed on the iPhone email app, but can be accessed using the normal Gmail login. Had a bad scare

Indeed. Last i ported one (from starhub) then last night from simba. Both port ins happened same day upon application. I thought the first one was due to being SH.

Yes, today is the last day for that promotion. Here are the relevant terms in Eight's FAQ:
