Checked your Spam or Junk mailbox? How about the email with your eSIM QR code? I normally receive them almost immediately.
Checked junk mailbox got nothing.. that’s really worrying.. I was expecting any email after sign up . No eSIM QR too. I sent an email but say need 5-7 working days for a reply. Wondering if any of the physical counter for sim pick up can help?

Yup, I'd visit one of the service centres with my ID to get them to check, and generate another eSIM. Bring your device along as they'll let you scan from their laptop.

I checked again. Eight is not subsidiary of StarHub but just a MVNO which is a separate company that leases StarHub network. 😅

Ok my own mistake. Somehow the email cannot be viewed on the iPhone email app, but can be accessed using the normal Gmail login. Had a bad scare 😅

Is any shop selling $88 top up in Shopee. Now I cannot find any.
Search using "Eight top up." There's one $88 top up seller at this moment.

On edit: If you're getting close to the deadline of 11:59 PM tonight, don't risk an online delay. Stop by a reseller's shop and get the top up completed before tonight's deadline.

..eight like quite efficient... yesterday 4.30pm Port in from Simba...this morning recv sms the porting successful...just in time to top up $88 today...
Indeed. Last i ported one (from starhub) then last night from simba. Both port ins happened same day upon application. I thought the first one was due to being SH.

Yes, today is the last day for that promotion. Here are the relevant terms in Eight's FAQ:

My port in has issues. While I am rectifying it will I still enjoy the promotion?
No worries! As long as you sign up and port in during the promotional period (from 14-16 Dec 23:59PM), you’ll still be eligible to enjoy this promotion!


I think that means you must lodge the port-in request by 11:59 PM tonight to qualify. (And then the port-in has to complete, eventually anyway.)
