Hmm... I have never received any travel subsidy e-mail nor SMS before. I just proceed to the kiosks and redeem it whenever I travelled up.

I used to have the subsidy pre-COVID. Post-COVID still have initially, then suddenly no more (for 2 years+) until my recent trip.

Not sure why though. I can easily earn more than 300 to 400TP per trip, sometime in a day if I am hot too.

Usually I will whitelist all email from genting, so that they will not flagged as junk emails.

This will show Travel Subsidy if you qualify.

I only received RM200 travel subsidy from Oct this year onwards. Hopefully they will still retain this subsidy next year with the 600-900TP daily earnings in Nov and early Dec.

Don't know about the tier. No point chasing the 1.2k at this point. Don't think Eugene bro's tier will be affected at all. Neither does yours.

Going up for 10 nights from 27/12 to 6/1. Managed to get 2 nights Crockfords superior room on 4/1 and 5/1 after cancelling earlier booking of 18-21 Jan.

Don't know about the tier. No point chasing the 1.2k at this point. Don't think Eugene bro's tier will be affected at all. Neither does yours.

There is triple room and Y5 triple room in First World Hotel.

There's also the superior deluxe in First World Hotel from 17-21 floor rooms having a queen or standard bed.

For Crockfords, only executive suite and above can sleep 3 comfortably. Superior room and junior suite probably the 3rd person need to sleep at the sofa. Same for Highlands executive room, the 3rd person has to rest on the sofa.

Just figure out one thing, maybe can share with you guys here. Using trust bank to withdraw at genting maybank atm have very good rate. Better then money charger and youtrip. I just withdraw rm1000, only sgd rate at 317.85. When withdraw time, don't choose accept bank conversions. Choose non conversion. It's debit card that I use to withdraw. In this case can don't need change money, straight come here use atm withdraw will do. But limit at 5k withdraw if not wrong.
