In your Android phone, you should be able to enable SA by going into SIM Card settings.

In any case, you can go to nearby SingTel Shop. Then you can either ask the staff for help or use the self service kiosk to change the old SIM Cards to 5G+ SIM Cards. You need to use SingPass for verification.
https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/mobile/info/switch-5g-plus/postpaid

Our two SIM Cards were changed to 5G+ SIM cards using the self service kiosk at SingTel Jurong Point Shop. The old cards were from SingTel Mobile Combo 2 plans and not compatible with 5G SA.

I have check the SIM card setting. Unfortunately, there is no selection for SA/NSA.
The Netmonitor App shows LTE+5g NSA (Connected). I think probably is the SIM card. I will go to Singtel Exclusive Retailer to try change SIM card. But, don't know if they can do it. Else will need to go to AMK Singtel Shop.

Thanks again for your advice and assistance!

Edit:
I did managed to get 5G SA on the Netmonitor at somesopts in my place when I am near windows or the side of the house whereby there's no building/Block in front. So, my phones are 5G SA capable.

Even if the retailer agrees to change your SIM card, they may impose a charge.

First change of SIM card from Singtel's self service kiosk used to be free, so you might want to check on that.

Yes, will try Retailer first as it's near my place.
Thanks!

Edit :
After I read again on the instruction options from the link posted by xiaofan, it did specifically says Singtel Shop. My bad, I think you are right. I will go straight to a Singtel shop instead of trying a retailer.

Hmm, where is the other link?

Most of us are using the following link for the SingTel SIM Only S$15.28 per month recontract offer.
Hi like to check with those who recontracted their $15 line. Is your absolute earliest application date up to exactly 3 months before actual current contract expiry date?

E.g. If current 1 yr contract expires 31/03/2026, is the earliest sign up date using the link on 31/12/2025?

I see. I will say better be a bit later, say one month before the contract expires, or at most two months before.

But if you like to try, no harm trying as well. Either they reject or they accept. If they accept they will not charge early termination fee.

Exception: if SingTel sends you the recontract link earlier (say three months or even four months before contract expires), you can carry recontract earlier.

As per reports, the users just got the cheapest no contract Singtel SIM Only plan, which is Enhanced Core at S$40, for one month.

After that click the link.

I see. It is just a sloppy website from Singtel. They forgot to update the HTML source. It is not only for seniors and the roaming data to Malaysia has been upgraded to 50 GB since late August 2025.

No worry, as long as you are an existing users of Singtel mobile and your contract are near to expire, then they will usually approve the recontract.

You click on xiaofan post #2474 the link is there
U can try to submit the application. Lets hope they approve it :)
Thanks, I just thought there's a Senior plan costing that price, for a friend to port in. The $5 one they've has a 2-year contract to be signed onsite, while others are much higher costs. 👌

So far SingTel don’t have any sim only senior plan for recontracting right?

I seen the $6 sg60 sim only senior plan
Catch is it will increase to $12 after 12 mths?
