Yes.. there is a signal and I can actually get internet connection in SG. But the card does not allow me to make outbound call.When you get your Eight sim card, have you tested on your phone to check if there are signal in Singapore first?
When I first get my sim card, my mistake was not inserting into my 2nd sim slot to test for signal.
I also receive many email after the shop activate my sim when I collected from them. The shop use the activation code for activating the sim.
All my email to them take 2- 3 days for them to reply, best part the ticket will auto close once they reply to you even it is not resolved yet. That why I keep going down to their service centre. Unfortunately their service centre also cannot do anything if it is complex and customer service just push to the backend to solve it.
Actually once port over successfully, everything will be smooth. I also have existing line with them.
I have an existing line and everything is nice nice..But this other line that i am trying to port over and it is such a headache.. I think i will just abandon the porting in and cancel the SIM card.
