New Premium 21-seater from WTS, $20 more. Same route, No meal onboard, Stop at YongPeng. No videos and massage chair. $105 off-peak, $115 peak. Said to arrive 15mins early than normal WTS buses.

Its not a double deck bus.

But seat plan looks like double deck. So probably need to change bus.

Booked Club Z, they said some cross-border issues lately, had to swap bus, they picked me at using local plated Solitaire and switch to Malaysian plate Solitaire in SG, free upgrade for my family of 5. Had to switch at Genting Sempah R&R.

Whole process of change bus took probably no more than 10mins, its acceptable.

Always tip, without fail. RM50 and RM100 for Bus and Private Taxi respectively. As for not enuf people, I remember 3 was already good to go during one of my previous trips with WTS (a long time ago).

I think the eatery was up shortly after COVID. Private Taxi brought us there once, but my Elders and Wifey decided otherwise as they are not incline to spicy stuffs.

Only during school holidays, local bus insufficient, the non-crossborder WTS bus in the East will drive all stragglers from Bedok/Tampines/PasirRis to MacPherson Grantral Mall to pack them into a Malaysian plated WTS bus.

I experienced twice in 2025, and during school holidays, i boarded a half-filled bus from Tampines to Macpherson. It happened to Transtar bus too.. same place.

Moral of the story, dont book last minute.

Not sure why my mum and my wife card got auto upgraded to gold. I confirm they not enough tp.

Rather for them to stay silver, they dun play in vip.

Today receive SMS that my silver upgraded to Gold

So should be happy or not ?

I don't play much and not at VIP. Have difference ?

Anyone knows if can replace at the kiosk or must go membership counter ?

I received the SMS too! And I'm pretty sure that I don't meet the requirements for Gold although I had a pretty hardcore casino trip last month.

Yes i read from other group, genting batch upgrade silver to gold. Maybe want to attract more ppl go lvl3.

if you got upgraded to gold, you can go to the lvl2 counter at the entrance of level 3 vip, dun need to take number.
