How can the platform toh? It's backed by real gold. It's regulated by MAS. Gold from StandChart. Gold bar report already given. The AUM has a small portion in cash.

May as well buy physical gold bullion.

For retirement preparation, my portfolio will be CPF Life, bonds, equities, commodities in this sequence. CPF Life is safety net, commodities is the most volatile (and least allocation).

my understanding is:
mari → lionglobal → standchart → le freeport → gold
we will not get back our money if any 1 of the 4 (before gold) is gone.

Regardless, investment money should always be from 'spare cash'. Must be prepared to suffer lost if any. Especially Gold is considered high risk.

For gold, I have confidence it will rise beyod the previous peak. Matter of how long you want to hold.

Yes, for every Mari Invest, once the fund manager confirms, it won’t change anymore, and amount credited to bank account will be done based on their order processing time. Order (NAV Price) confirmation is always T+1 before the cutoff time.

Ai zai getting bank license from MAS is not simple matter. MAS regulation and collateral requirement are very strict.

Cannot compare scam exchange FTX with proper bank like Maribank. Hahaha.

For those gamblers you can read my post during the euphoria phase when gold price was surging. Play Forex/Commodities need many years of experience. Don't touch if heart is not strong.

Gold related investments can long but you must build positions gradually and patiently. Don't short it unless on kamikazi mission.
