Has anyone converted simba physical sim to eSIM? I tried looking for it in the app but I can’t find this option. Have to go to Simba dealer to change?

converted mine at the Jalan Membina (Tiong Bharu MRT) dealer shop but note the guy is from SIMBA. Cost $5 and waited 15mins for backend to issue the QR code.

I didn’t go to SIMBA service centre to convert to eSIM, I sold my 17 pro max and bought a used 16 Pro Max hkg set. So I can use dual physical sims. I really really don’t like this eSIM thingy that you need to pay $5 every time I swap into a new phone.

IMO Simba these days need backup if one is actively moving around and wants continuous connection.
