Expanding into the heartland requires leveraging dealer networks to extend reach.
For MVNOs, this isn’t optional—it’s a necessary move.
The approach mirrors the prepaid model: same strategy, same outcome.

It makes sense to launch the promotion online, but the company may not be very tech-savvy, or its backend team could be too lean to manage the process smoothly.
Simba is not mvno

Actually if top up using Shopee with uob one card still more worth right? About 8-10% cashback even if $21. Or does anyone know if top up using Shopee it will be under excluded MCC?

New to SIMBA, just converted my line + 2 other lines used by my parents to SIMBA post paid lines. In SIMBA app, it appears can only log into respective telephone number to top up value one at a time.
Any chance I can tie all 3 accounts to my credit card at end of month and I can see the total sum and pay via credit card instead of logging into one line at a time?

SIMBA's account is per-number, not per NRIC/user. :(

So the other impact is, if you have multiple lines, they are each managed separately. You cannot top up multiple at once. I've had to top up mine and my mom's separately.

And if you have credits remaining and you port out the number, the credits are forfeited. Even if you port back in, it's treated as a new account.

Like that jialat for me. so troublesome. Saved abit of monthly bills but 3 times the hassle. Worse, I don’t live in SG.

Yes, you can.

To make it easier for you, make it auto deduct.

You will see 3 entries in the bill.

Can you advise how do I go about to do so?
There's nothing you can do...

When you ported over the 3 to SIMBA, during the application did you agree for payment via your Credit Card? If you agreed then the 3 will be billed accordingly & you can see them appearing in the Card's monthly statement.

You can't see all-in-one within SIMBA's universe, they are still split by their accounts which is following the mobile numbers.

If you didn't agree to pay via Credit Card then you need to access SIMBA's site to add your Card. I know some used Giro Payments.

You can add your Credit Card details via this site, under profile

use your web browser to go simba site and log into the account. you have to repeat 3 times since you have 3 accounts.

you can also do it as simba service center.
appreciate the advise, managed to log into each individual number’s account and add in the payment method via the same credit card for all lines.
