i bought this router from carousell, and that time i was on singtel ISP, im getting error connecting to my openvpn..

then i now switch ISP to starhub, and magically im able to connect... i oso not sure what happen...
my theory is maybe when im connected to starhub network, the router able to update and it fixes the issue...

can ask ure on which isp network?
Interested in getting this router but am on Eight. Wonder if the stuff works

Yes, using my phone, I was able to establish a connection with the Open VPN server on the HB810V, but when I try to access the router homepage using my phone web browser it returns a 406 error.

Hi all, i'm subscribed to this thread but not really actively following and not very tech savvy....so excuse my ignorance...

I've been experiencing very bad wireless connection for the longest time since upgrading to this router...even youtube is an issue. It's happening quite frequently these days.

Just like to ask if this is a known issue and if there's a simple fix?

do the following,
- update firmware
- change wireless channel
- change wireless bandwidth (5Ghz - 80Mhz or 160Mhz)
- only connect to 5/6Ghz, ignore 2.4Ghz
- relocate router location to places more central to the house where there is less metal etc

My company just issued me a wifi 7 laptop so i noticed that this EB810V is having a lot of problems with MLO and channel width 320Mhz. How to resolve the issue?

What is the ideal channel for 5Ghz and 6Ghz? i check my 5Ghz wireless bandwidth and its on 80Mhz alrdy. 6Ghz is on Auto.

idea channel depends on location and router power output at different channel.
you may trying setting 5Ghz bandwidth to 160Mhz, 6Ghz bandwidth to 320Mhz
