Testosterone level test price in Singapore

The cost of a testosterone test varies depending on the type of test and where you take it (public or private facility). The table below shows the general prices for testosterone tests in Singapore.

Test typesPrice (SGD)
Total testosterone30-40
Total & free testosterone140-200
Full male testosterone panel200-250
Always ask your chosen clinic for the most up-to-date prices, whether a doctor’s consultation is included, whether GST is added, and whether you need to fast or have your test done in the morning for accuracy.

Unfortunately, testosterone tests are not covered by Medisave or the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) in Singapore. However, some private health insurance plans may provide coverage, depending on the policy. To further reduce costs, some healthcare facilities in Singapore may offer subsidised or affordable tests.

I always pull up with legs kept straight pointing in front.

Recently saw a video suggest keeping knees slightly bent, legs pointing behind. Back arch slightly.

Really a lot easier getting chest to bar.

Just go TB and get any of the running t-shirts since you are starting. If you dont mind and have decent arm muscles can try singlets. After that if you think you are really into it then get really branded/better stuff if you require.

I can recommend this, this is my bread n butter workhorse and i must have purchased like more than a dozen total for my whole family as well to use. I wear to office, wear to hawker/NTUC, wear for my workouts...though i must say they are usually not more than 30 mins + i am not a heavy sweater from what i can see out there.
Cheap n good, nothing fancy but quality is more than good enough.
The blue colour is very very nice. White colour also very safe to get, goes well.

If wanna look more "pro" (more just towards the branding) :
Nedao brand is good and extremely popular in China as well and i also see some locals starting to wear this nowadays, but lots of colour OOS now, and you need to change your default addr to a chinese one first before you can add to cart, then change back to SG for direct ship or other options when checking out.
Anyway, is not very expensive also lah.

The baby blue is quite unique to be honest. You dont see this colour often over here in SG.

edit - oh got usual blue too.

Yeah that is what i do, knees are bent but mine is bent till 45 deg, but keep the kipping movement to zero. So basically with them in front, the centre of gravity shifts and your face and back naturally faces up a little.

For dips also same, knees bent in front, easier to "roll" forward coz of the shift in COG.

Yeah...... typilca cycling jersey ba. Not weight vest or singlet. Drinks are my usual kang shi bo as recovery drinks (for the sugar lol 🤣) that i get from Kun Hai people's park.

Speaking of the overhead press logs, i just started doing them again recently after my mum's hospitalisation late last year, dont know why left and right developed so much imbalance, as much as a factor of 2.5X. Used to be pretty close. But it's not super surprising to me, i tend to lose performance fast or develop issues/injury if not careful etc....... pretty typical of a "non-athletic" normal guy out there.
That's why other strenghthening exercises if got chance, do it unilaterally.

I have a bent mid-upper back due to aging, cant help it. Can only minimize any hinging of the disc. Agree. But i guess the key is still trying to get to that really strengthened state without pecah in the first place, so really gotta be consistently and very slowly progressive overload with utmost patience, zero ego involved. Talking about years here, and no off season one hor. (read what happened to my overhead press 2-3 posts above).

Happy CNY guys. Long time never check in here haha.

I got this weird injury. When walking or bending my knees, there is a sharp pain at the lower calf I believe but once I start running, the pain will go off. Not sure is it a symptom of my previous injury.

Curious , how did you all manage and juggle running 4-5 days a week , with work (9 to 6pm office job ) and family commitment .
I think I can only allocate 5 days after retiring lol
