One is big established bank, the other is school project as part of side business, cannot expect the same.

DBS charges SGD $10 for inward TT n I’m still seeing it as waived for treasures

if you are talking about usd $10, I think that’s the fee for correspondent bank.

Never been waived

I asked Digibot to help me selected a S$100 investment plan and I successfuly bought in at 23rd Feb but this S$105 not counted as valid investment for DBS multiplier bonus interest. May I know anyone know why? Should I call CSO for appealing?

Are you refering to $100 RSP (also known as DBS Invest-Saver)? A list of qualified ETFs is in the page https://www.posb.com.sg/personal/investments/equity-trading/exchange-traded-funds-invest-saver

In short:
There are 5 ETFs for you to choose from:

Singapore Equity ETF
1. Nikko AM Singapore STI ETF

SGD Fixed Income ETFs
2. ABF Singapore Bond Index Fund
3. Nikko AM SGD Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF

REIT ETFs
4. CSOP iEdge S-REIT Leaders Index ETF
5. Nikko AM-StraitsTrading Asia ex Japan REIT ETF
