Any simba top up shop in hougang area that accept cdc voucher payment? The simba website service center in hougang central do not accept cdc voucher.

i want to change from simba12 to simba13 due to inclusion of japan for the apac data. questions for those who have changed plan on simba before.

1) is it best is to do it on day 25 of the cycle as per the faq, the plan will start immediately and will not refund what has been paid.
2) i tried to change plan but i did not see an option to select wallet for the payment. only see an option to key in credit card detail. will it deduct from wallet? i still have $100+ in the wallet and would like to use the wallet first.

11am FR at MS. Endless queue. Easily at least 1 hour wait. Queue snaked all the way till the very end of the extended retail area of MS.

Ok queue moving quite fast. I in the queue for about 20mins can see the actual top up booths liao. But actual start of the queue getting further and further back.

The $20 recharge promotion can top up at any of the simba authorised shops?? Confirm bo?? Later I'll go find out.

Top up supposedly done. Took about 30mins. Staff wrote down my numbers, make payment and say wait for confirmation sms. Thought top up amount is in blocks of $20 but told can't do $40. It's either $20 or $60. Maybe I tio smoked.

I guess if they feel too many people to handle effectively, they'll adjust the max as they go along.

By 11.15am I all done.

Fortunately the Counter Lady allowed me to top-up all 8 at once.

But one of the 8 one person gave me the wrong number & so failed to top-up
