For those heading to Genting or parts of Johor, be prepared for extreme traffic jam.
Even before the start of School Holidays, jammed road to and from Johor Bahru/Skudai area.

Now I am on my way back to SG, this experienced bus driver taking the old road skipping NS highway, now using the 2-lane old road towards Senai Airport, detour towards KSAB from Kulai town.

In Gold area, the new minimum ETG roulette bet (rm20) on zero. Skipping zero and got burnt few times.

MiddleEast tension, customs officers on heighten alerts, so dont think jams means no check.

Thinking of heading up on 29th Mar. Will it be jam as well during that time? :unsure:

No worry on the jam, focus on how to play your hands at the casino.

Jam is no big deal, every year the same, long weekends school holidays all having traffic jams. Just be prepared, powerbank and movies on mobile.. comfy on the seat and usually under 30mins settle scanner queue.

Elderly passengers, drink less eat more soda biscuits, less toilet visits.

Well, I am so used to the jams, and visit Genting again coming weekend.. ~LOL~

I was there yesterday 2D1N for the Alex To 杜德伟concert.. it was great..

Anyone left behind a gadget and got call from housekeeping while enroute back SG?

I kena, and not sure where is the Security Counter of FWH?
Anyone know its location?

No idea, Kevin. Not sure are those small little counters located on the ground floor lift landing at different towers considered as Security Counter. Alternatively, you may want to call them up ((here). Good Luck.

Last year I booked triple room and called them to keep my room as I am coming by night coach and want to check in once I arrive. But no room when I arrive. They upgraded to World Club. Because we have 3 person so they arrange to bring in a bed FOC.

But actually have sofa one person can sleep on sofa. Or bring sleeping bag because spacious.

once misplaced my hp inside sky casino and was told togo outside ground flr main entrance left side office there's a security police counter. that was where i made my report but had to wait. fortunately i managed to trace back my steps to one slot machine n the lady who was playing had just put aside so she returned to me. as regards to lost n found in htl, i too forgot once my ear phone. i emailed and they found it then following trip i got it fr htl concierge.

Its my first time staying at FWH WCR for 4 nights, usually when staying RH or GG, after 3 nights just need to go down to the counter to change card.

any bros can advise what is the process for FWH WCR? Kind of regret booking FWH after seeing all the complaints about long waiting time and non existent counter helpdesk.

Checking into FWH has always been a breeze, if you have no challenges doing it at the Self Check-in Kiosks. Even if you do, just seek help from those ground assistance (* try tipping them when you approach them). It will definitely be faster than to queue & wait to be served at the counter.

I have never stayed more than 3 nights. Hence, I cannot relate the frustration which many faced queuing and waiting for hours. For friends who love to stay longer, my advice to them have always been to break their stays into 2 + 2 or 2 + 3 if they need to stay for 4 nights or 5 nights respectively. I still think it is easier to check-out (using those Express Check-out Kiosks along the towers' walkway), and then check-in again via those Self-in Kiosks), then to queue up and wait for your key card to be renewed!

If you are not alone... lagi easy. One go wait at one-meter teh with the luggage, while the other go check-in. If rooms are not available, just chuck your luggage at the 24th hour luggage storage area located at the end of the counter.
