yes. Simba does not allow change of ownsership. You have go to zym route. Both owner must go down to Samsung store to do the port in.Hi peeps...I have a question regarding change of ownership. I understand that Simba doesnt allow such change so I have to port out to ST, M1 or SH. Is that correct?
What is the most economical way of changing ownership and then porting back to Simba?
TIA.

i did it last year. there was no lock in. just port out within same month and make sure simba successfully ported in before end month. i applied at start of month and when cmlink was successful, i immediately ported out. which takes less than two weeks for me. it's not exactly free cos u paying that first one month of cmlink. if u worried bout deductions, just remove ur cc on cmlink site. but so far i din encounter any issues neither any deductions. Is it for free? Do you mean there is no lock-in period at all?

another person.
11.2. CMLink supports the transfer of ownership for CMLink services. However, such transfers are subject to
conditions including both the current and new registered customers fulfilling CMLink's requirements for customer
identity validation and settlement of any outstanding payments.
11.3. Transfer of ownership requests can only be processed at our CMLink Service Centre

is there a need to be condescending? maybe i overlooked on my part but was just trying help here. read what u copied and pasted so i just saying it can be done online.??? are you ok?
i was answering to this question.
and the t&c is from cmlink sg website.
Thank you to @nix4303 and @Charlie_Zhan for the info.
Went to check out CMLink SG website. There is an option to port in and ownership transfer via online. However the T&C states that ownership transfer must be done in CMLink HQ at PLQ. So a contradiction.
@nix4303: so if I need to purchase a new SIM from CMLink, what happened to this new number after the port-in? Do I need to terminate it?
$12 plan only APAC + CN+SK.I am on $12 plan. On SIMBA apps, on the balance entitlements show, APAC + CN, SK, JP, AU
Isn’t only those on higher plan has JP, AU?
