How much are you paying for the 5G+ Enhanced Lite plan?

A few options
1) Keep using the Enhanced Lite plan

2) Try the other not-as-good S$15.28 link or even the S$20.37 links if you are okay with the pricing.

3) Maybe you can give SingTel MVNOs 5G a try now that they also have 5G SA. They have better roaming benefits as well.

4) Consider other plans like the CL S$8 5G promotion mentioned in the CL thread.

Latest Singtel SIM Only Recontract offers:
Not for new customers including port-ins.

You only need to fill in the form, no need to call in 1688 or WhatsApp Singtel.

You only need to select Option 1 which is the best offer now. The others are just for backup in case Singtel rejects your order (unlikely if you belong to Type A or Type B below).

A) For Singtel SIM Only Plan users with 12 months contract, usually you can recontract with the S$15.28 per month plan link at the 10th month or 11th month.

B) For Singtel Mobile plans with 24 months contract, you may have to try the recontract only towards the end of the contract, say two weeks before.

User sharing for reference: moving out of SingTel S$15.28 plan to eight 5G S$14.80 plan.

I just jumped from Singtel $15.28 plan to Eight 5G plan at $14.80.

I actually see no incentive to stay with Singtel as Eight offers better roaming benefits. No worry about accidental data and IDD charges.

This is my first hour with Eight. Let's see after 1 week if it is decent enough to be my main line.

How is eight 5G for you? Has it become your main line?

Oh yes. Forgot to update on the usability of Eight 5G. I am using this as my main line.

I was previously on SingTel 5G SIM Only $15.28 plan and ported to Eight 5G $14.80 plan on 12 Feb 2026.

Eight 5G is very similar in terms of speed as compared with SingTel 5G. Most times snappy when surfing and not much lag.

There have been dropped connections when using SingTel 5G and now on Eight 5G, I experience this slightly more. Such as when there is totally no connection or when the connection drops to 4G. But this does not occur too frequently and does not affect my usage experience, such that I would want to port-out.

I have yet to try overseas roaming with Eight 5G though.

Pretty much happy with Eight 5G so far, though SingTel 5G seems slightly better for the locations that I visit. But not going to fuss over this.

Main thing is, I don't have to change SIM or be worried of data charges when going overseas. I can just leave the phone in roaming mode.

Personal backup plan for my main number in case no recontract offer at S$15.28 per month from SingTel. Hope this would not happen though.

1) CMLink S$15 5G plan (SingTel MVNO)
2) M1 Maxx S$12 5G plan

I have eight S$8 4G plan (effective price at S$4 per month for the next 20 months) and StarHub Prepaid S plan (S$3 per month, Happy Prepaid Card migration offer) as well.

My old backup plan was Gomo or Giga but now I do not think they are cost effective as other MVNOs.

Thanks, I paying about 24.50 now per month; it is the promo they have for new sign ups or port-ins last year

My other line is the not so good 15.28 offer it seems (150GB data with 2GB MY roaming)

If keep using Enhanced Lite, 35 bucks a month for a year, bo hua imo. May as well go Enhanced Core, 40 bucks a month but no contract

No MVNO for this line as mentioned earlier cos this is main line. Starhub got a good 22 dollar plan that has no contract also, can consider to hide there then move back OR maybe I go GOMO one month then port in back to Singtel; this is how my other line got the 15.28 pricing

I am paying S$80.46 per month now. I have SingTel for 5Gbps Fibre Internet (S$49.90 per month as there was no good offer back in August 2024) and two Singtel SIM Only S$15.28 lines.

I used to pay much more last time with Singtel Circle benefits (Singtel 1Gbps Fibre Internet, Singtel TV and two Singtel Combo 2 lines).
