My host initially helped me booked fwh superior deluxe for 31 March. Yesterday I see there's comp room available for Crockfords for the same date and requested upgrade via my host. My host helped me cancel the initial booked fwh room and rebooked a Crockfords room.

Maybe yours is early inform. Mine is last minute inform, like that time I reached, then the room given was non smoking room, I already got the room, that's why last minute he can't help me for fwh arrangement. But if other hotels, he say no problem.

I did perform merge check in via kiosk and app when the room bookings are of the same type.

That time Hotline CS help me with the booking 2 nights WCR + 1 night WCR both tower 1, he told me can merge during check in, hopefully dun need to go through counter. My worry is app cannot do it only kiosk can do, coz normally i like to check in via app and collect key in Kiosk.

Normally if you can't perform check in via app is due to no clean room availability, otherwise check in should be a breeze since WCR1 are all high floor and faces either mountain or theme park.

Better find out from Apr 1 as the fnb locations may differ from last year.

If I remember correctly, Dragon Link slot machines were first introduced in Genting Casino some time in 2016. There was a cluster of them at the rear segment of the International Room (the other side of the cashier area). Denoms start from 10 cents, and only a handful of people were playing at that time. Tried one thousand dollars or so, thought the payouts weren't good, didn't like it, until now!

Sometimes but if really full book condition, the room booked may not be the better room types.

Hi, I am going April 5-8. Hard to know the selected restaurants available will it be the same as previous year.
last year April I went to collect and went to the corner “old friend’s restaurant” aka 老友记。others available last year are mostly inside casino or that organic hot pot which I don’t fancy.
if they have this old friend’s restaurant again , I will eat all there.
the morning dim sum , lunch , dinner are actually pretty ok for me since it’s complimentary

Last year vouchers got Burger and Lobsters, Harry and Ramsden. This year Feb my vouchers totally don't have last year places, so it's really hard to tell for now until 1 Apr when we get to see the fnb locations from the app.
