Actuali quite ok leh. Feel like ish 12, 15 meal
i have that same thought as well, i often have 2 set of roti ( Kaya, Peanut butter) with Kopi O kosong peng if i am going to be doing high intensive Endurances training, follow by weights training 😌
able to fuel me from start to the end 😌
