Eight telecom users encounter this issue?

Family all on eight telecom. Unable to make calls to each other. WhatsApp calls ok

But the funny thing is that outgoing calls to non-eight users are OK.

Incoming calls by everyone all fail.

They scared kena simba using other telco frequency then adjust here n there??

Try wif 2 numbers first and call each other, then proceed wif the rest.

it’s the VOLTE issue

IMHO.
Just inform then to take corrective action.
Could be VoLTE and VoNR giving issues.
Usually I will do testing - landline <-> mobile and same/different provider mobile <--> mobile. No many people do this.

Somehow resolved after spamming email and message to eight. All relatives and friend suddenly can call me back.

Lesson learnt. Dun whole family subscribe to 1 telco. 1 down all down.

Your reply made sense. Nowadays, we dirt cheap Telco plans And without contract... Sometimes it may not even worth the effort of solving trivial issues... Just port over the Simba, gomo whatever will do.
