Weather forecast recent went crazy. Last min change again after what i checked at 9.07pm.
No squall

Actually i just realised, the skater squat is basically a half rep pistol squat with slight assistance in balance should you use weights at the front. Also, people usually have less issue with front patellar pain as it usually starts to have poain at the bottom part of the squat when the knee gets bent more and more.

That's why it's relatively easy. But that's also good, that means it's more accessible to the majority of people.

Last weekend run

Not sure if I too used running outside or the weather is too hot cant continue running after like 1.8km

Kena wrong forecast again. MSS last night said got squall (predawn and morning showers) so didnt go out for bike.
In the end woke up pretty late at 6.45 and realised no rain. Just did a quick 5k sua.

Past few days MSS really on a roll with wrong forecasts.

Pretty nice shoes for cruising.

The review mentioned poor upper breathability. I don't have a problem and feet don't feel warm.

But big sweaters might wanna watch out. Because the upper have barely any visible gaps or holes.

The review also mentioned ATPU midsole. But the shoe's tag said it's ETPU.

Otherwise review is pretty spot on.

Lucky still have a couple of videos on Youtube by western reviwers. Considering getting a pair becuz i like the colorways lol.

From the shoes tag could see the Chinese name of the factory.

Looks like R2 is a shoe factory producing for other brands, primarily badminton shoes.

R2 is their inhouse brand and attempt at making running shoes.

hello all, just returned from Guangzhou. decided to pop by 361 store at beijing road to try Lifeng... to my surprised, none of their staffs knew about this shoes even though i showed them the TB listing... and then was abit lazy to find other 361 store so went ahead and ordered through TB without trying... heng sizing was fine
