Went to Hardrock in our previous trip. Took a taxi from FWH taxi stand (in front of Starbucks). Prices were RM$30 and RM$60 for a normal and 6/7 seaters respectively. Journey is not smooth. Road was uneven. Quite ulu too. Yes, as mentioned by deepblue, the journey took us approx 10 mins or less. We called for another taxi back to the hotel (via the FWH taxi stand) when we were done too.

* As mentioned in my previous post, do note that Hardrock had already cancelled their Fridays to Sundays Breakfast Buffet.
I got to know about this hotel through my parents. Initially thought it was part of the Genting Group. Prolly will not book this hotel then due to the distance for casino. However I will try to visit HardRock.

If you want to stay at any of the off property places, a car is a must.
Without car really rough.

That being said if you have car, then can really explore all the nearby places outside of the resort.
Plenty of very interesting places to see.
