i welly n00b one. but den flys, shoulder press, lats pulldown n shrugs should prove useful

flys i thought is for chest? lats pull, the gripping is for getting V-shape for the back.

wait for the pros to enlighten.

Whats the next step of learning freestyle, have been doing the gliding......
Is able to breathe out under the water and glide through......

u say u want v-shape rite? then muz balance out also wad. cannot juz die die focus on shoulder only or else will look weird rite?

yea V-shape :o but some areas must train more to achieve that ma. some areas are somehow harder to build up.

If you swim 50 laps of breast stroke everyday.. you will get your abs as well as your vee shape as well as a nicely shape leg. :)

haha if you going to change your training plan just like that, you are not going to acheive anything.......

haha don train will grow, will you stop training?

hmm, then somehow i need to put swimming in to my regime, i need to run, swim and gym, not forgeting lessons, revision and rest.

or ish swim one end then cum back again consider one lap ????????????

If rike tat ........... chius 50 laps ish consider 100 laps to some leh .................

Does swimming make your muscles big? i think only to a small extend......
