i welly n00b one. but den flys, shoulder press, lats pulldown n shrugs should prove useful
flys i thought is for chest? lats pull, the gripping is for getting V-shape for the back.
wait for the pros to enlighten.
but some areas must train more to achieve that ma. some areas are somehow harder to build up.
