Normally, how will the unit advise if I am unable to book for the RT? The system says there are no more slots in my RT window. Holy crap, means it is fully book for next 5 months?!

ur unit got ways to see the slot

or u just wait for ppl to drop their slots then u can take

believe me...got ppl will drop even next mth slot one :s13:

IPT question... I cleared my ipt this June-July including the last session ippt (but failed). My current window closes october.

Question is, am i automatically exempted from RT next work year since i cleared IPT?

Is the last session ippt during my IPT considered "official" or do i have to take another ippt within this work year?

next work year? No...you are exempted this work year. After your window is closed and open again, you have to book an ipt to clear next work year. Continue doing it for every year.

Yes. You won't need to book another ippt.

for IPPT at safra, is it own time own target one? If I know I cannot pass 2.4km, can I skip it?

I remember my first IPPT at the FCC, need to wait for everyone to run 2.4km together.

Hi guys. I ord-ed on 5th august last year, and I received my first sms on 9th July this year:

(Fm:MINDEF) You are reminded to PASS your IPPT before your next birthday. You should book your IPPT now if you have not done so, For query, call 1800-3676767.

I got a couple of questions.

1) I just received the same sms yesterday morning, and I haven't booked yet as I plan to clear around early October. But, the thing is, am I still allowed to take and clear my ippt as my d.o.b. is in december. I'm afraid my window'll close by then.

2) Secondly, what is the actual attire for ippt? Must I still wear the grey singlet with "ARMY" at the back or my unit singlet? Because I heard from a friend we're all allowed to wear any non SAF attire.

3) Third, I plan to take my ippt at Bedok camp, but whom do I look for and report to? After the ippt test, I'm sure we're all allowed to shower, right? But, can I "borrow", or rather, "tompang" the toilets that those stay-in nsfs are using?

Pardon me for such questions. Hope to get a lot of help and info from you guys.

Thanks :)

i ord-ed same day as u!!

1) since ur b'day is dec, of cus u can clear ur ippt in oct.

2) yes, we are allowed to wear non SAF attire, as long as it is PT attire.

3) report to main gate. tell the guard duty personnel that u r there for ur ippt. they'll have a nominal roll which ur name will be on it if u've registered correctly. no need to change pass. jus produce either ur ic/11b. after the ippt, i'm not sure abt bedok camp. but i know khatib camp allowed us to shower.

Hm, lonestar, which unit were you from? So, after reporting to the guard personnel, we immediately report to the conducting officer, and hopefully, they won't rush us to change to our pt attire?

And I guess you only brought your pt attire and some toiletries with you during your test day?

I have a question.

How many times can i retake a station on the same day??

Did the program the number tag so that you can only have 1 try if fail means no chance?

I have a particular problem with SBJ. I can get like 4-5 points for the rest of the station except sbj. My sbj never get above 200 in my life before usually i can get just pass but sometimes bad start = fail.

Just wondering if i sway sway never pass on my 1st...can retry until pass? What about people who have a bad start like double jump error...?

the max for sbj is 2 times lor...others 1 time...I don't think you can retry until pass. Double jump error/step on line before jump and etc do not count as 1 attempt.
